Turnaround time begins when the proof is approved. All times are based on normal business days (Monday through Friday) excluding federal and state holidays. For all orders approved after 9:00 AM, turnaround time will start the following business day. Please note that this does not include any carrier's transit time.

Standard Turnaround
Standard turnaround time on all orders is 7 business days. However, if you need an order sooner, we provide quicker turnaround times for your convenience.
Seven Day Order with "Online Electronic PDF Proof": All orders approved before 9:00 AM will ship at the close of the seventh business day. All orders approved after 9:00 AM, turnaround time will begin the following business day. This is considered standard production time without any additional cost.
Five Day Order with "Online Electronic PDF Proof": All orders approved before 9:00 AM will ship at the close of the fifth business day. All orders approved after 9:00 AM, turnaround time will start the following business day.
Three Day Order with "Online Electronic PDF Proof": All orders approved before 9:00 AM will ship at the close of the third business day. All orders approved after 9:00 AM, turnaround time will start the following business day.

A "Proof" is a copy of your print job delivered as a PDF electronic file that you can view directly on your computer. A proof gives you one last chance to check that everything is correct before your file is sent to the presses.

Do you charge for this service?
NO. It's Absolutely Free. You just need to select your product and upload your files, we will handle the rest.
What files do you accept?
We only accept - PDF, JPG, Tiff, PSD, AI (font must be converted to outline if you are sending illustrator files).
Do I need to do anything to my files before uploading?
NO. However, we do recommend you follow our FILE SETUP Templates for the product being selecting.
How long does this process take?
Please allow 12 business hours for your files to be inspected. If you are in a rush, we recommend placing a paid order and requesting a proof. Your paid order will automatically be expidited through our automated prepress department.
How will the turnaround time be affected?
FREE FILE INSPECTION are not considered a "Print Order", therefore there is NO turnaround schedule. All turnaround times for print jobs begin when a "PROOF" is approved and full payment is received.
